As our HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting key HR functions and fostering positive employee experiences across Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health. You will be an integral part of our HR team, working closely with our Centers of Excellence to build strong partnerships and enhance our operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitating manager and employee self-service transactions within our HR systems, guiding users, troubleshooting issues, and empowering them to manage their own data effectively
Meticulously ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all employee data across various HR systems and platforms. This includes conducting regular audits, updating records, and maintaining compliance
Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining HR files, and preparing reports as needed
Requirements:
High School Graduate, General Studies, and three years of relevant experience, upon hire, required
Associates Other Associates Degree and one year of relevant experience, upon hire, required
Bachelor's Other Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant experience, upon hire required
