We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join a People Operations team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide dependable support across key HR processes, helping employees and contractors navigate important moments throughout their time with the organization. Job Responsibility
Coordinate onboarding, contract updates, internal moves, and offboarding activities for employees and contractors to ensure a smooth and accurate experience
Manage day-to-day HR administrative work, keeping employee information current and supporting timely completion of people-related processes
Maintain records across HR systems with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
Respond to incoming People Operations questions, address routine requests efficiently, and route more sensitive matters to the appropriate HR lead with clear context
Help create and refine internal guides, standard procedures, and reference materials that support managers and employees
Monitor open HR tasks, employee changes, and compliance-related follow-ups to keep workflows on track
Review recurring inquiries and operational pain points, then share observations that can help improve HR processes and self-service resources
Support hiring-related coordination activities and onboarding administration as needed
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in human resources, including exposure to HR operations or generalist responsibilities
Working knowledge of onboarding, HR administration, compliance support, and employee record management
Comfort working in an environment where priorities can shift and processes may require independent problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across different levels of the organization
High attention to detail and a consistent habit of following through on assignments and employee requests
Experience using HRIS platforms and confidence in learning new systems and tools quickly
Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information
