We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with employee onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS updates, recruitment coordination, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and new hire paperwork
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
Assist with HR reporting and audits.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative support
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
