Job Description

An organized, proactive HR Coordinator who can support HR operations across the plant and corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and being a central resource for employees.

Job Responsibility

  • Support onboarding, new hire packets, I‑9 verification, and background processes
  • Manage HR inbox, employee inquiries, and HRIS data updates
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee documentation
  • Help track attendance, corrective action notes, and safety training logs
  • Maintain personnel files, training records, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate interviews, job postings, and candidate communication
  • Assist with workers’ compensation claims, safety reporting, and incident logs
  • Support HR leadership with reporting, audits, and process improvement projects

Requirements

  • 1–3 years HR support or HR assistant experience
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or production environments preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paycom, ADP, or Kronos
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
