An organized, proactive HR Coordinator who can support HR operations across the plant and corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and being a central resource for employees.
Job Responsibility:
Support onboarding, new hire packets, I‑9 verification, and background processes
Manage HR inbox, employee inquiries, and HRIS data updates
Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee documentation
Help track attendance, corrective action notes, and safety training logs
Maintain personnel files, training records, and compliance documentation
Coordinate interviews, job postings, and candidate communication
Assist with workers’ compensation claims, safety reporting, and incident logs
Support HR leadership with reporting, audits, and process improvement projects
Requirements:
1–3 years HR support or HR assistant experience
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or production environments preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paycom, ADP, or Kronos
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
