This role will provide broad-based support across HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, employee communications, and recruiting and talent initiatives. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required
2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator, HR administrator, or entry-level HR operations role, required
Prior experience within financial services or professional services environments, required
Exposure to payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems, required
Professional communication style and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
