Job Responsibility:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Coordinate interviews and support recruitment efforts
Prepare HR documentation including offer letters and employment verifications
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
2+ years of HR or People Operations experience
Experience working with HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, UKG, or similar preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
