As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating structure, delivering high-quality support, and contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience. You will work closely with the Nordic HR team and managers across the organization, handling a broad mix of administrative and coordinating tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support to managers and employees on HR-related questions and processes
Serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring timely guidance and high-quality service
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, collective agreements, and internal HR policies
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and ensure documentation is managed according to company standards
Oversee administrative processes related to employment, including contracts, onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
Manage HR system entries, documentation workflows, and approvals
Coordinate employee activities, meetings, and internal events that support engagement and team culture
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, personnel administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administrative work
Strong proficiency with HR systems and the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Highly structured, service-minded, and capable of working independently
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and handling a broad variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
