We are looking for an organized HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing onboarding tasks, maintaining accurate employee records, and helping ensure compliance across HR processes. The role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while strengthening core human resources coordination skills.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct virtual Form I-9 verification activities independently and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
Coordinate employment screening processes and track results to support hiring workflows
Update and manage HRIS records, personnel files, and employee documentation with a high degree of accuracy
Compile workforce data and prepare recurring or ad hoc HR reports for internal use
Safeguard sensitive employee information by following confidentiality standards and secure recordkeeping practices
Support onboarding and general HR administration to help deliver a smooth employee experience
Apply company policies and HR procedures in alignment with federal, state, and local employment requirements
Maintain current knowledge of HR practices and regulatory updates through ongoing development
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in human resources coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role
Hands-on experience with I-9 verification, onboarding activities, and coordination of candidate screening processes
Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and strong overall computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry
Understanding of foundational employment law and HR compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and internal stakeholders
