Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations and help ensure a positive employee experience. This role will assist with onboarding, HR systems administration, recruiting coordination, benefits support and general HR processes.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
Requirements
2–4 years of HR or administrative support experience
