We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to human resources functions while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries with attention to detail
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
Assist in coordinating HR-related activities, such as onboarding processes and employee communications
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during routine operations
Support the team with basic office duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Collaborate with HR staff to maintain accurate employee information and documentation
Facilitate communication between departments to address operational needs effectively
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to foster a detail-oriented environment
Provide assistance with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or HR-related roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus
Attentive demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
High school diploma or equivalent
