We are looking for a highly organised HR Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of the employee lifecycle across the organisation. This role sits at the centre of HR operations, coordinating processes such as onboarding, reviews, training and offboarding to ensure timelines are followed and stakeholders complete required steps. The HR Coordinator acts as the operational hub of the HR team, maintaining visibility of HR activity, organising workflows and helping HR leaders and partners focus on strategic priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate key employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation reviews, internal moves, training milestones and offboarding
Track onboarding progress, ensure managers complete required steps, and coordinate welcome packs and induction schedules
Oversee offboarding workflows including exit interview scheduling, system access removal and equipment returns
Maintain HR trackers, calendars and shared documentation to keep processes organised and visible
Compile and support HR reporting such as headcount, turnover and onboarding/offboarding activity
Coordinate mandatory training schedules and track completion rates
Support HR initiatives, engagement activities and internal events
Help ensure the day-to-day HR operations run smoothly by monitoring workflows and following up with stakeholders when needed
Requirements:
Experience in an HR coordination or administrative role
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
Comfortable working with HR systems, trackers and Microsoft Office tools
Proactive and confident in following up with stakeholders to keep processes moving
