Our company is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing human resources department. This role plays a vital part in supporting HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience. The HR Coordinator provides essential support to the Human Resources department, assisting with employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment processes. Success in this role depends on strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and new hire paperwork
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
Assist with HR reporting and audits
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative support
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
