We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Fresno, California. This long-term contract role is part-time at approximately 15 hours per week and will play a critical role in supporting human resources operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, managing compliance, and maintaining accurate employee data. Job Responsibility:
Facilitate and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless experience
Manage administrative tasks related to human resources, including maintaining employee records and handling documentation
Conduct background checks and verify employment details as part of the hiring process
Utilize HRIS systems to input, track, and manage employee data efficiently
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline HR processes
Prepare reports and summaries related to HR activities and metrics
Assist in coordinating training programs and development initiatives for staff
Support various HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
Proficiency in overseeing onboarding processes and managing HR administration
Strong knowledge of conducting background checks and ensuring compliance
Experience working with HRIS systems to manage employee information
Familiarity with HR compliance standards and regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
