A leading healthcare organization in San Diego is seeking an HR Coordinator for a contract assignment supporting a busy Human Resources department during a period of organizational growth. This role will assist with onboarding, employee support, recruiting coordination, and HR administrative operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation processes
Maintain employee records and HRIS updates
Assist employees with general HR questions and administrative support
Support benefits administration and payroll-related coordination
Maintain compliance documentation and personnel files
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout hiring processes
Assist with job postings and applicant tracking system updates
Coordinate onboarding logistics and orientation scheduling
Support recruiting and HR reporting activities
Requirements
2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience preferred
Healthcare or corporate office experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with Workday, ADP, Paycom, or UKG preferred
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
