A 3-month contract opportunity has opened for an HR Coordinator to join a collaborative, supportive team while a team member is on leave. This role provides practical support to the Workplace Relations function and is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of HR experience looking to broaden their exposure to employee relations. You will be a key point of contact for a diverse membership base, assisting with workplace relations queries, award interpretation, and HR administrative tasks. You’ll help the team deliver clear, practical guidance and support initiatives that help members manage people-related queries with the support of senior colleagues!
Job Responsibility:
Assist with workplace relations queries and escalate complex matters with guidance from senior colleagues
Support award interpretation and compliance processes
Assist with performance management activities and HR compliance initiatives
Provide administrative support to the Workplace Relations team
Requirements:
1–2 years HR experience
Basic understanding of employment legislation, awards, and Fair Work obligations
Solutions-focused and able to support practical outcomes
Eager to learn and develop in a hands-on HR environment
