Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator who will be an integral part of our human resources department. The successful candidate will assist in organizing, coordinating, and carrying out all human resource department projects and processes for the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Process paperwork and maintain all employee records
  • Coordinate HR projects and meetings
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process
  • Compile and update employees' records (hard and soft copies)
  • Income and benefits administration
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR coordination, staff assistant, or relevant human resources experience
  • Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up on work activities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highschool degree and/or related experience
