Join a global business operating in the Transport/logistics sector. This is a part time temporary assignment (2 days per week or 3 with shorter hours), with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate, efficient end-to-end payroll services for around 250 employees. HR compliance and general coordination.
Job Responsibility:
Process weekly payroll for approximately 250 employees across two awards and agreements
Manage employee data through systems Dayforce and Workday
Manage HR inbox and queries
Act as the key point of escalation for complex payroll issues
Reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
Manual data entry
Requirements:
Strong understanding of award interpretation
Experience with working with Clerks and Road and Transport awards is highly desirable
Proficiency in using various payroll systems: Workday and Dayforce
Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Have worked in a HR team with basic generalist experience
Comfortable managing challenging conversations and resolving payroll queries promptly and professionally
