We are looking for a dedicated HR Admin Manager to join their Budapest team. In this role, you will lead HR administration, oversee payroll coordination, and support the professional development of the HR team. Job Responsibility:

  • Handle E2E HR administration documentations: including new hires, contract changes, and departures
  • Keep the HR system clean and accurate while making sure all files meet local audit standards
  • Manage the flow of data to the external payroll office to ensure everyone is paid correctly and on time
  • Act as the internal go-to person for Hungarian labor regulations and policy alignment
  • Turn employee data into useful reports, tracking trends like staff movements and attendance
  • Provide direction and daily support to the HR support staff to keep operations running smoothly
  • Resolve employee queries regarding professional documentation and internal HR procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR administration or operations, preferably within a dynamic, high-volume business environment
  • Proven experience in coordinating payroll with external providers and proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Confident knowledge of the Hungarian Labor Code and a high level of accuracy in managing employment documentation and compliance
  • A proactive mindset with exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Fluent Hungarian and at least intermediate-level English skills
