Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator specializing in Leave Administration to join our team in Brentwood, Tennessee. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring effective management of employee leave programs while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and policies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR environment and support employees during critical moments in their careers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries about leave benefits using the ServiceNow system and update relevant records
  • Coordinate leave benefits, including workers’ compensation and disability programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with managers to arrange modified schedules and facilitate smooth return-to-work transitions
  • Accurately process timesheet entries and maintain up-to-date records in HR systems
  • Assist with accommodation requests under applicable laws and partner with HR Business Partners to address employee needs
  • Administer additional time-off programs in alignment with company policies and legal standards
  • Safeguard sensitive medical documentation and ensure strict confidentiality in recordkeeping
  • Stay informed on federal, state, and local leave regulations to ensure ongoing compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on leave management
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and managing leave-related processes
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state leave regulations and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with handling accommodation requests and navigating interactive processes
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with employees and managers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
  • Experience in coordinating with disability and workers’ compensation programs
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate recordkeeping and data entry
