We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator II to join our client's Talent Acquisition team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will support recruitment and onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in managing sensitive information.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating applicant tracking processes
Support onboarding activities by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring new hires have access to required resources
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations while handling sensitive information with confidentiality
Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize hiring processes and meet staffing needs
Monitor budget allocations for recruitment, onboarding, and travel-related expenses
Manage travel arrangements and lodging for candidates and new hires, ensuring accurate expense reporting
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other tools to produce accurate documentation and reports
Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures
Ensure seamless coordination between departments to optimize HR-related workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with budget processes, expense reporting, and travel arrangements
Knowledge of hiring and onboarding processes
