In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment processes, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
Maintain accurate records of expenses related to employee travel and lodging, adhering to company budget guidelines
Support hiring managers by optimizing hiring processes and providing guidance on company policies
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism while maintaining compliance with organizational standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and documentation of HR activities
Prepare and manage reports related to recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions
Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations during all HR operations
Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including expense reporting and coordination of travel arrangements
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize HR operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources or related fields, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and candidates
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of budget processes and expense reporting
Familiarity with company policies and ensuring compliance with regulations
