We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator II to join our client's team in Lincoln, Nebraska. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment processes, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences, and maintaining compliance with company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about human resources and skilled in coordination, documentation, and communication.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses related to employee travel and lodging, adhering to company budget guidelines
