Our client, a fast-growing and innovative technology company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / Generalist to join their People Operations team. This role will support the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leadership to help build and sustain a high-performance culture.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback to facilitate timely hiring decisions
Oversee onboarding activities to ensure new team members have a smooth and welcoming transition
Collaborate with HR team members to complete onboarding paperwork and meet compliance requirements
Provide support with employee leave requests and manage benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans
Address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist with annual enrollment processes
Ensure HR policies and practices align with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Conduct audits and assist with compliance reporting, such as I-9 reviews, EEO filings, and payroll audits
Requirements:
Proven experience in onboarding and recruitment processes
Strong knowledge of HR administration, including benefits and compliance
Familiarity with conducting background checks and managing HRIS systems
Ability to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Skilled in maintaining accurate employee records and handling audits
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience with tools like NetSuite or similar systems is a plus
Adaptability to handle ad-hoc tasks and support HR initiatives as needed
