Job Responsibility:
Respond to questions on basic HR practices, process and policies, available for Mexico, USA, and other countries, via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, chat, and case management system)
Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico, USA and other countries and escalate as appropriate
Fields general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary
Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, HR Connect, and other systems
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team
Continuously create and define process improvement
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication
must be fluent in English
Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA’s inquiries
Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information
Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills
Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette
Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday
