I am supporting a well-established business with their search for a HR Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships with key stakeholders and working collaboratively. As a HR Consultant, you will work closely with predominantly SME clients to provide professional, commercially focused HR support and guidance.
Job Responsibility:
Advising clients on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues
Leading on and chairing relevant HR meetings
Providing guidance on employment law and HR best practice
Onboarding of new clients
Leading on TUPE related activity
Advising clients on workforce changes - restructuring and redundancies
Providing solutions to complex people related issues
Drafting and updating HR documentation, policies, and contracts for a variety of clients
Delivering training sessions for clients
Requirements:
Strong employment law knowledge
Led on ER cases
Practical experience of guiding through TUPE and redundancy activity
Excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt your style depending on the audience
