With studios in Copenhagen, Malmö, Barcelona, Istanbul and most recently, Brighton we are expanding our presence in the gaming world and are seeking a talented HR individual to join our team on a temporary basis. Our Malmö studio has been part of IOI for 6 years this year, which represents our commitment to developing new and innovative games in multiple great locations for a diverse group of developers. We are working on some exciting projects across our studios: 007 First Light, a brand-new James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story, and Project Fantasy, an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre. We are now seeking an HR Consultant to join the team on a 6-7 -months (March 2026 - September 2026) fixed-term [Sw: vikarie] - but very impactful - basis. As part of this you will work closely with our international HR team to ensure compliance with Swedish labour laws and regulations and provide hands-on support on HR-related issues for both employees, leaders, and managers.
Job Responsibility:
Provide HR consulting services in compliance with Swedish labor laws, internal processes, and international regulations
Manage onboarding, offboarding, legal documents, illness overview, and absence talks
Handle the employee handbook, collaborate for a positive work environment, and oversee rehabilitation cases
Monitor HR budget and address pension and insurance queries
Communicate changes in law, processes, or procedures to upper management
Manage internal transfers and advise the global HR team on employee relations
Participate in projects to enhance HR policies, procedures, and systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a multinational company
Strong knowledge of Swedish labour laws and regulations
Experience in working within and developing HR policies and procedures
