Job Responsibility:
Independent delivery of HR and strategy projects with a focus on C&B
Acting as a subject matter expert on various human capital aspects
Preparing complex analyses and documentation using client data, market surveys, and internal statistics
Developing remuneration models and performance-linked benefit systems
Requirements:
Senior experience in HR Compensation & Benefits processes or large-scale transformation projects
Strong understanding of corporate finance metrics (EBITDA, Revenue)
Advanced data processing and reasoning capabilities
Proven ability to communicate and build relationships at the C-level
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Experience in management consulting
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) or advanced data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Experience in post-merger integration regarding reward systems
