The HR Consultancy Strategic Partner serves as the primary growth catalyst for RiseSmart. This is an elite, 100% sales-focused role designed for senior professionals who can sit across from CEOs and HR Directors to influence boardroom decisions on workforce transformation. This role is not a service manager and focused on selling the vision of: Organizational agility; Talent mobility; Career transition/outplacement services, including career transition coaching, worklife support, assessment centers, management trainee programs and talent development; Leadership, communication and sales training; Sales and customer service training (to generate more revenue and increase client retention and satisfaction)
Job Responsibility:
Identify and secure business opportunities by building high-trust partnerships
Execute bold commercial strategies to drive exponential revenue growth for RiseSmart
Lead the entire sales cycle
Aligning RiseSmart’s global talent development and transition strategies with long-term commercial goals
Translate a client's complex business challenges, such as assessment centers and restructuring, into high-value workforce solutions
Leverage market intelligence to proactively advise key stakeholders on future talent mobility trends
Spearhead brand awareness efforts to establish Randstad as the global leader in career transition
Dominate professional networks and high-level industry events to capture upcoming workforce opportunities before they reach the open market
Ensure smooth outplacement participant and client experiences
Maintain accurate and organized data within internal systems, ensuring compliance and effective reporting
Oversee administrative processes, including invoicing accuracy, evaluation management and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and process enhancements to improve service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of high-level experience in strategic business development, executive account management or human capital consulting
Advanced degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
Exceptional bilingual mastery of Greek and English, with proven ability to persuade and influence audiences
Deep understanding of global market trends, organizational design, and outplacement services
