Job Description:

HR Connect LATAM Inquiry Management Generalist is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; customer support to employees and managers on HR related topics: total rewards, compensation, benefits, learning, HR systems direct access, etc. The HR Connect LATAM Inquiry Management Generalist processes inquiries employees and managers might have, which can be addressed through cases, live chat and phone calls in a contact center environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support case inquiry management team with cases, chats and phone (Contact Center)
  • Serves as the instructor to our customer on the systems and self-service options available for employees and managers
  • Supports basic/generalist level inquiries
  • Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience in contact center (desirable)
  • Knowledge in Workday and ServiceNow (desirable)
  • Knowledge in HR (desirable)
  • Intermediate English level (writing and spoken)
  • Portuguese (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service

Nice to have:

  • Portuguese
  • Knowledge in Workday and ServiceNow
  • Knowledge in HR
