As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Lead to take ownership of our HR documentation and policy offering, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development, review and maintenance of HR documentation and policies
Draft and manage contracts of employment, handbooks, letters and HR policies for clients
Ensure all documentation is fully compliant with current UK employment law and case law
Manage and maintain the internal HR document library, including version control and updates
Complete HR audits for prospective clients and provide findings to support proposals
Work closely with Senior / HR Consultants to deliver timely, high-quality documentation
Support the development of systems and technology to improve document automation and access
Contribute to client projects across areas such as employee relations, TUPE, redundancy and contracts
Undertake research and project work to support business development
Accurately record time and activity in line with internal systems and client billing requirements
Requirements:
3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally within a corporate or larger organisation
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application
Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting detailed documentation
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across clients
Proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware
Confident working independently while collaborating with a wider team
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook
Nice to have:
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
Experience supporting SMEs or within a consultancy environment
Exposure to international employment law (e.g. Republic of Ireland)
