We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Consultant to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will lead key initiatives to enhance human resources policies, ensure compliance, and drive organizational development strategies. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including I-9 regulations
  • Oversee manual HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Lead projects focused on organizational development and employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar leadership role

  • Ability to manage manual HR processes efficiently and implement improvements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
