We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Consultant to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will lead key initiatives to enhance human resources policies, ensure compliance, and drive organizational development strategies. Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including I-9 regulations
Oversee manual HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Lead projects focused on organizational development and employee engagement
Collaborate with leadership to address HR-related challenges and provide strategic solutions
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of policies and programs
Provide guidance on HR compliance matters and serve as a resource for audits or reviews
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of HR initiatives
Facilitate training sessions for managers and staff on updated HR policies and compliance standards
Support the management team in fostering a positive and productive workplace environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment regulations
Expertise in I-9 compliance and related processes
Ability to manage manual HR processes efficiently and implement improvements
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
