We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Consultant to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will lead key initiatives to enhance human resources policies, ensure compliance, and drive organizational development strategies. Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including I-9 regulations
  • Oversee manual HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Lead projects focused on organizational development and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with leadership to address HR-related challenges and provide strategic solutions
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of policies and programs
  • Provide guidance on HR compliance matters and serve as a resource for audits or reviews
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of HR initiatives
  • Facilitate training sessions for managers and staff on updated HR policies and compliance standards
  • Support the management team in fostering a positive and productive workplace environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment regulations
  • Expertise in I-9 compliance and related processes
  • Ability to manage manual HR processes efficiently and implement improvements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
