Job Description

Our client, a leading real estate firm, is seeking an HR Compliance Analyst to join its HR team. This role will focus on ensuring HR policies, practices, and processes align with all applicable laws and regulations, while proactively identifying and mitigating compliance risks across the organization. The position offers strong exposure to regulatory compliance, policy development, audits, and cross-functional HR initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in HR compliance, is highly detail-oriented, and has a genuine interest in specializing in compliance-focused work, rather than a generalist path.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring HR policies, practices, and processes align with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating compliance risks across the organization
  • Focus on regulatory compliance, policy development, audits, and cross-functional HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • 2+ years of experience in HR compliance, required
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements, required
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance reporting, and policy implementation, preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required
