HR Compensation Analyst

• Perform market analysis and salary benchmarking to support compensation decisions
• Assist in maintaining internal compensation frameworks and pay structures, as well Performance Model (KPIs) from the Group
• Provide operational support during compensation review cycles, such as merit and bonus processes
• Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure consistency in compensation application
• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor compensation metrics and trends

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
• Basic understanding of compensation tools and methodologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
