Now they are seeking a talented and proactive HR Communication & Community Specialist for a one-year fixed-term period. Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute internal communication activities
Provide an outstanding employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Manage related employer branding activities
Increase employee engagement through internal communication initiatives
Manage and execute change management activities
Social media management
Writing and editing internal newsletters
Take active part in the smooth and engaging onboarding and integration process of new colleagues
Working closely with business leads
End-to-end management of engagement/customer surveys
Fostering the culture of dialogue by processing the employee feedback
Making reports, analysis
Budget management
Requirements:
Completed studies in business administration or any related field
Fluency in English
At least 2-3+ years of experience in Internal Communication
Good knowledge of Employer Branding and Employee Experience methods and processes
Experience with image and video editing software (preferably in Adobe Creative Cloud)
Experience with Social Media content creation and analytics
Experience with Employee Engagement measurement and analytics
Ability to work in a structured and independent way
