Job Responsibility:
Ensuring the accuracy of all employee records, including an alignment with compliance and data protection regulations
Have experience managing ER matters such as grievance and disciplinary procedures in addition to recording accurate minutes
Assist with recruitment processes such as preparing offer letters, reviewing DBS certificates and processing internal transfers
First point of contact for all HR-related queries
Have the ability to review HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR Advisor role is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Microsoft Sharepoint)
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
