Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of all employee records, including an alignment with compliance and data protection regulations
  • Have experience managing ER matters such as grievance and disciplinary procedures in addition to recording accurate minutes
  • Assist with recruitment processes such as preparing offer letters, reviewing DBS certificates and processing internal transfers
  • First point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Have the ability to review HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Microsoft Sharepoint)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
