Job Description:

A Business Unit Manager is a key member of the HR Business Execution team for US Personal Banking HR and Wealth HR, that support 2 of Citi's 5 core businesses. The role will be responsible for driving several key employee life cycle processes, business specific people initiatives, and enterprise wide strategic projects across a globally dispersed organization.

Job Responsibility:

Communications Strategy and Execution
Provide support to Sr. HR Officer on ad hoc projects
Lead the development, execution, and promotion of internal business messaging and communications strategy
Organize and participate in strategic meetings
Advance organizational and people strategy goals through integrated communication strategies
Serve as a liaison between HRA teams and enterprise-wide teams
HR Project Management and Process Governance
Lead HR project management for key HR lifecycle processes and initiatives
Data Analysis, Metrics, and Financial Management
Manage Workforce Planning and Expenses for HR Team
Develop, manage, and report monthly metrics
Complete all financial deliverables
Drive productivity and cost-savings initiatives
Risk Management and Compliance
Appropriately assess risk in business decisions
Driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

8-10+ years progressive work experience
Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Adept at building and managing relationships with senior executives and internal stakeholders
Collaborative work style
effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies/geographies
Leadership presence
commands respect and will earn trust of senior leaders
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Communications or marketing experience preferred
Master's degree preferred
