As Site HR People Operations, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring consistent application of HR processes. This is a hands‑on, operational role with strong influence on day‑to‑day employee experience, HR service quality and compliance with local labour laws. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Country HR experts to implement global, regional and local HR initiatives, while maintaining high standards of service, accuracy and confidentiality. This role is essential to fostering a positive, engaging and compliant workplace culture aligned with Etex values.
Job Responsibility:
Provide daily HR support to managers and employees across the site
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and legal compliance
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding
Execute global and local HR initiatives in partnership with HR experts
Share HR operational updates with the Head of People Operations and stakeholders
Ensure HR procedures are understood and adhered to across the organisation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation (contracts, reviews, disciplinary files)
Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and internal HR frameworks
Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in line with our global and local commitments
Monitor HR metrics and produce reports to support data-driven decisions
Act as a trusted HR contact for employees, supporting with HR-related questions
Support employee engagement activities that strengthen workplace culture
Assist with talent development initiatives and learning programs
Guide managers on HR processes, performance topics and people management
Ensure consistency and fairness in HR practices across the site
Support workforce planning and organisational development discussions
Support change initiatives with clear HR guidance and communication
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Act as a liaison between employees and management on daily labour relations topics
Ensure compliance with labour law, internal rules and collective agreements (where applicable)
Support the Head of People Operations on labour relations strategy and actions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Solid experience in an HR operational or generalist role
Strong knowledge of local labour law and HR processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build trust and strong relationships with employees and managers
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Comfort working in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
High integrity, discretion and professionalism
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to analyse HR data and produce meaningful insights
