Job Responsibility:
Organisational Design & Restructure: Leading end-to-end design processes to ensure the business remains agile and fit-for-purpose
Culture & Engagement: Managing culture surveys and translating data into actionable strategies that enhance the employee experience
Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks in HR delivery and implementing streamlined, efficient workflows
Strategic Advisory: Providing high-level coaching to managers on complex employee relations and performance management
Requirements:
Proven HRBP Experience: Ideally within the insurance or financial services sector (though complex corporate backgrounds are welcome)
Transformation Toolkit: Hands-on experience in organisational design
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using culture surveys and people data to drive decision-making
Communication Style: A natural ability to build rapport quickly and navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and professional candor
