Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role
  • Proven track record of building or redesigning HR processes, policies, and programs from the ground up
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices within a public company environment
  • Experience operating in fast-paced or evolving organizations requiring structure and scalability
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
