The Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of People, this HR Business Partner role is a critical hire as FRAMECAD transitions from transformation into BAU and growth. The business is looking a capable, experienced HR practitioner to own the day-to-day people function. The foundational HR framework is already in place and performing well. BambooHR is live, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and wellness initiatives are all running at 95% attainment. This role maintains and enhances that infrastructure while providing responsive, hands-on support to the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing day-to-day HR business partnering across the NZ operation, supporting the ELT
  • Managing employee relations, leave escalations, HR escalations, and performance matters confidently and independently
  • Coordinating payroll processes in partnership with the outsourced payroll provider
  • Acting as custodian of FRAMECAD’s people systems and programmes, maintaining and enhancing BambooHR, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and wellness programmes through the scale and change ahead
  • Providing advisory HR support to FRAMECAD’s offshore offices in Las Vegas and the UAE, drawing on in-market legal and HR advisors as needed
  • Keeping HR BAU running smoothly so the team can stay focused on the strategic and transformational work

Requirements

  • A solid, experienced HR generalist, capable of operating autonomously across the full HR lifecycle
  • Proven experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, scaling businesses, structural change, new market entry
  • Entrepreneurial by nature, you’re comfortable working in ambiguity, making sound judgement calls, and getting things done without a rigid rulebook
  • You bring structure and process to a growing business without adding bureaucracy
  • Collaborative and adaptable
  • BambooHR experience is a plus
  • Construction or technology sector background advantageous but not essential
