Job Description:

As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and ensuring we build a thriving, compliant, and high-performing workplace. You'll work closely with business leaders, employees, and stakeholders to align HR practices with organizational goals while maintaining a positive employee experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a strategic partner by building strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination processes
  • Partner with department heads on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to measure the impact of people strategies and support business decision-making
  • Oversee systems integral to generating reports for company-wide projects
  • Take ownership of special projects as assigned by immediate superior or senior leaders
  • Take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Focus areas in HR business partnership, employee/labor relations, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and employee relations best practices
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior management to implement HR strategies
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and communication
  • Exceptional people skills, high energy, and the ability to build trust across all levels
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • A 'let's get it done' mindset
  • Willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas
