Job Responsibility
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting the delivery of people strategies aligned to business growth
Leading initiatives to reduce employee attrition, identifying trends and implementing targeted retention strategies
Providing hands-on HR support across multiple operational sites, particularly across the South West
Driving consistency across HR practices including policies, job descriptions, benefits, and reward structures
Supporting organisational growth, including the integration of newly acquired businesses and aligning culture and processes
Coaching and advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership capability
Supporting organisational design, restructuring, and headcount planning
Analysing HR data to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making
Working closely with wider HR teams to deliver group-wide initiatives and continuous improvement
Requirements
Proven experience in a true HR Business Partner role within a multi-site environment
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or similar operational sectors is essential
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced business
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with senior leadership teams
Solid understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable outcomes
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing change within a growing organisation
