Job Responsibility:
Align to a department to provide commercial, budget, recruitment, coaching, ER Advice, carry out ER processes and any other people support needed
Collaborate with your department leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR solutions that support business objectives
Work with the existing people team on change management initiatives to support business transformation
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on HR-related matters
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs and recommend actions based on data analysis
Lead initiatives for employee development, career progression, and succession planning
Support our Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment of new colleagues
Provide general support on all aspects of Organisational Development such as ensuring expedient time to hire, productivity, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, career paths, coaching & mentoring programmes, policy, process, systems, compensation & benefits and training & development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role or similar capacity
Commercial aptitude is a must for this role with strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR metrics and data
Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
Confidence to partner with all levels of leadership
You will be an excel and powerpoint expert
Strong understanding of HR principles and practice and Employment legislation in Ireland and UK
Strong recruitment background
Experience or knowledge of OKRs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proactive and results-oriented
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong organisational and time-management skills
