Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Must be able to conduct investigations, training sessions, and employee meetings fluently in both languages.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, and HR best practices in a 24/7 production setting. Experience with food safety and manufacturing compliance is highly valued.
