Job Description:

Field HR Business Partner role supporting Circle K Retail teams across Ireland, providing HR advisory services and driving business growth through people development.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with Retail teams, Store Managers, and Area Managers
Provide expert advisory services in employee relations, learning and development, engagement, and retention
Deliver coaching and support to Store Managers on employee relations matters
Assist Station Managers in leading and developing their teams
Serve as primary HR contact for retail team members
Contribute to HR strategy for Circle K Retail
Build and maintain relationships with retail colleagues
Prepare and present weekly HR data and trend reports

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources or related qualification
Minimum 3 years' HR experience within retail, multi-site or service industries
CIPD membership or partial membership
Strong proficiency in MS Office and HR systems such as Workday
Experience with digital learning platforms
Thorough understanding of employment law
Proven ability to manage conflict sensitively
Strong decision-making skills
Full clean driver's license
