As part of our international HR team, you will play a key role in taking our HR Business Partnering stream to the next level. In this role, you will focus on complex, cross-border, and strategic HR topics that shape how we work and grow as an organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, you will provide guidance on employee relations, compensation, talent development, and change management — always balancing business needs with HR best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a sparring partner for managers on HR related matters in multiple countries
Lead and advise on employee relations cases, sensitive conversations, and organizational changes
Partner with leaders on team structures, talent moves, and org design — ensuring HRIS reflects reality
Drive performance cycles, talent reviews, and individual development planning
Lead recruitment and selection processes for senior roles within the business units under your responsibility
Support compensation and benefits decisions, from promotions to annual salary & bonus planning
Provide HR insights into business reviews and support managers to move beyond compliance towards effective leadership
Lead international HR projects (e.g. process improvements, localization of global rollouts, change management)
Analyze workforce trends across countries to identify risks and opportunities — and recommend solutions
Support the HR operations team in more complex topics in the areas of contract management, payroll, labor law
Expand HR services and continuously improve HR-related processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction
Actively participate in company-wide HR and business projects, providing HR expertise and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Requirements:
Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Solid HR Business Partnering experience ideally in a complex, fast paced international environment
Previous international HR Operations background
Solid expertise in German labor and social security law, with international exposure considered a plus
Proven track record in the successful execution of HR projects, including effective stakeholder communication and change management
In-depth, practical knowledge in staff development, compensation or related topics in the financial industry
Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
Confidence in working with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with HR tools
