We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives. This role will design scalable policies, strengthen employee relations, and guide leaders in performance management. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive engagement across the workforce. The ideal candidate brings broad HR expertise, strong communication skills, and an interest in leveraging technology and AI to enhance HR practices across recruitment, employee engagement, and talent development.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on workplace matters while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws
Utilize expertise in employee relations to address concerns, maintain a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts effectively
Support performance management processes, coaching managers on constructive feedback and aligning individual development goals with organizational priorities
Partner with recruiting teams to align hiring strategies with workforce planning needs and cultural objectives, helping identify and nurture future leaders
Collaborate with leadership to design HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and sustain business growth
Lead change management efforts, helping employees navigate organizational transitions while maintaining engagement and morale
Design and roll out scalable HR frameworks and policies to support rapid expansion
Track, analyze, and report HR metrics to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations while staying informed of labor trends and best practices
Explore and apply AI tools to improve efficiency, innovation, and effectiveness in HR operations
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with expertise across employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR strategy
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR policies in a high-growth or scaling organization
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - proven capability in building strong relationships at all organizational levels
Analytical problem-solver with effective conflict resolution skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technology to enhance HR practices
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline (SPHR certification or equivalent required)
