This full-time position is based in Tel Aviv and reports to the VP of International Markets, working directly with teams in Europe and the USA, and has a dotted-line reporting to the Global VP of HR. We’re looking for a sharp, experienced, and confident HR Business Partner to support leaders and teams across these regions—combining strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You’ll be the go-to person for managers and employees: coaching leaders, keeping core people processes scalable, and ensuring the employee experience feels valuable and consistent across markets. You’re strong on HR fundamentals, confident owning the employee lifecycle end-to-end, experienced working internationally, and comfortable navigating complex situations with discretion and good judgment. Job Responsibility:
Act as a true strategic partner to the VP of International Markets- understanding business goals across the US & Europe, translating them into a clear people agenda (org needs, talent priorities, capabilities, structure, and execution)
Coach and enable managers on performance, feedback, talent management, Recruitment and leadership behaviors
Lead key talent processes end-to-end: performance cycles, talent reviews, development planning, promotions, and retention
Own and manage employee relations cases globally with discretion and professionalism (conflict resolution, investigations, complex issues)
Support organizational effectiveness work: org design, role clarity, team structure, workforce planning, and change management during growth
Partner with the HR team (TA, L&D, People Ops) to deliver excellent HR support and improve processes that scale globally
Use people data and insights to identify trends and propose solutions (engagement signals, attrition risk, hiring quality, performance)
Work with various HQ departments such as Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of duties and policies for global teams (e.g. salaries, employee legal rights, cross-company policies)
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an HRBP working with various teams simultaneously
At least 2 years of experience working with international teams - US & EU preferred
Proven track record as a trusted partner to managers/leaders—able to influence decisions and drive change
