Your role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, acting as a strategic advisor, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR issues, providing guidance and support on key people-related decisions
Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation
Analyze and interpret HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and keep abreast of employment law developments
Provide coaching and support to managers on people-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and the HR function
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the business and the industry, and use this knowledge to inform HR strategy and initiatives
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Requirements:
MBA with work experience of 3-5 years in Human Resources
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Experience leading HR projects and initiatives from start to finish
Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Work experience in High tech Preferred
