Robert Half HR Solutions is currently recruiting for a contract HR Business Partner to support our client located in Norcross, Georgia on a Contract basis. This onsite role supports three locations and serves as a key resource across core human resources functions, helping managers and employees navigate workplace matters with consistency and professionalism. No travel is required for this position, however the ideal candidate will be able to support employees both in the same location as well as telephonically and through email. The position is ideal for someone who brings strong generalist expertise, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to employee support and organizational compliance. ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred, as well as someone who can adjust quickly to self-learning environments with little oversight or guidance. Candidates must be able to start in May 2026 due to a high sense of urgency by our client.
Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day HR partnership for leaders and employees across three sites, offering guidance on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and people-related decisions
Lead employee relations efforts by reviewing concerns, conducting inquiries when needed, and helping resolve issues in a fair, timely, and compliant manner
Manage onboarding and separation activities to create a smooth employee experience from onboarding through exit
Coordinate workers' compensation processes, including documentation, communication, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
Support compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and required HR practices across assigned locations
Partner with managers on performance-related matters by coaching on documentation, expectations, corrective action, and employee development discussions
Contribute to recruiting activities by assisting with staffing coordination and supporting the broader talent acquisition process
Maintain accurate HR records and administrative documentation within systems such as ADP Workforce Now while ensuring data quality and confidentiality
Requirements
7+ years of experience in human resources, including substantial background in an HR generalist or HR business partner capacity
Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including handling sensitive workplace issues and supporting investigations
Strong knowledge of HR policy administration, compliance requirements, and performance management practices
Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and workers' compensation activities in a multi-site environment
Proficiency with HR systems, including hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now
Ability to work onsite in Norcross, Georgia and effectively support multiple locations without direct reports
Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
