We are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Dresden. Operating in a hybrid work environment, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across Germany and Poland, acting as a trusted advisor to our leadership teams and playing a key role in shaping our people strategy in Europe.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with local leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals
Lead and support organisational development and change management projects
Analyse HR metrics and trends to recommend improvements
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and performance matters
Ensure compliance with German labour law and support adherence to relevant Polish regulations
Oversee the monthly payroll process for Germany and Poland in coordination with local partners
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to build capability
Support leadership development and continuous improvement programmes
Oversee compensation and benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategy
Ensure HR processes, policies, and documentation are up to date and aligned with best practices
Support the execution of European HR projects and implement them locally
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist or business partner experience, preferably in an international environment
Strong knowledge of German labour law
understanding of Polish labour law is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Fluent German and English
Polish language skills are a plus
Able to manage multiple priorities across countries in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel occasionally between Germany and Poland
Nice to have:
Polish language skills are a plus
understanding of Polish labour law is advantageous
